So last night I’ve been stupid with my computer, I somehow got it to a blue screen with a sad face on it. I felt like it’ll be stuck at 0% so I reset my PC. The error “BI Initialized Library Failed 0xc00000bb” came up in the top left corner. Even automatic repair tried fixing my pc but it couldn’t. We are even trying the advanced options. The Log File was “C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt”. PLEASE HELP!!! I’m legit scared for my life and I really hope there’s a way to recover my data without a clean install that’ll delete everything. I just want my pc back.
