Hello, I hope that somebody can help me. Yesterday I had this "diagnosting pc problem" and it never fixed it,so I tried to install a fresh windows 10 copy from hp and hopefully fix the problem, throughout hours of wating it finally restarted but it booted me up with a bluescreen with a cursor, then I i tried to turn it off and back on, but it still booted me up with the same thing. No error message, no error code. Just the bluescreen
