Product: HP TouchSmart 610-1030y
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
For the past 3 or 4 months the mouse on my HP TouchSmart 610 desktop has not been dragging and dropping correctly. I payed for HP Smart Friend and they told me to buy a new mouse. I did and it still doesn't work correctly. Today I downloaded and ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for windows and of course the mouse test failed. It was the mouse/touchpad drag and drop test and the failure code was PG9JJK-0008SW-9XMM4J-G1VC03.
Can someone please help me determine what to do?
