Product: HP Photosmart C4380 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi friends, I'm unable to print after updating to Mac's HIgh Sierra OS. I've followed troubleshooting suggestion of deleteing and re-adding the printer.  In system preferences, the printer shows a green dot and status is idle. However, when I print a job , print is "in use" but I get a message "waiting for the printer to become available" 

Printer is turned on and connected to my Mac via USB. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!
