Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help!!  I was having an issue where my computer was running slow so I decided to wipe everything and use the windows 10 recovery to reinstall.  Well the installation got stuck at 64% and it's been like this for four days.  What happens is I get a screen with a Wndows logo and a circle spinning underneath, then it says preparing, then it goes to a screen that says - Installation 64%, your PC will restart several times, and installing features and drivers - Here are most of the stuff I've tried...

  • I tried entering bios with keyboard shortcuts, I can't find a definitive answer to which f# key it is, but I've tried all of them and the bios just won't come up.
  • I did all the power downs and back up trying to get the Auto Repair screen.
  • I left the computer unplugged overnight
  • I pulled out the CMOS Battery and I also switched the pins for the reset Jumpers to reset the CMOS settings.
  • Unplugged the hard drive.
  • I originnally was working with a bluetooth keyboard, but I just went and purchased a wired one today.
  • I made a copy of Windows 10 with the Windows Media Creation tool on a USB stick, but since I cannot access the Bios it will not load.

I don't know what else to do this has been going on for 4 days now, please help!!
