Product: HP EliteBook 8540w Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on my elitebook 8540w. I had previously installed windows 10 before realizing my model was not supported. Now I just need the drivers for the network controller so that I can then download any additional drivers and updates needed. I've let this laptop sit for the past 3 years before finally deciding to try to use it by reverting to windows 7. I did a clean install and all is well so far. The hardware ids listed are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4238&SUBSYS_11118086&REV_35_

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4238

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4238&CC_028000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4238&CC_0280
