Product: Spectre x360 13-4103dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having multiple problems.  The first is that when I rotate my laptop screen around the keyboard does not turn off.  This is a huge problem if I am trying to operate from my lap instead of on a table.  The second problem I am having is that my screen rotation button is grayed out and there isn't an option in my settings for rotation lock.
