Hello

 

I have a problem that needs to be solved. It is about a HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP printer. The printer doesnt want to take the paper from tray 2 when it is full of paper. The tray has a maximum of 500 sheets so it shouldn't be a problem to use the paper that is in this tray.  But when i take half of the sheets out of it, it works again.  Normally you should say to just fill it half with paper but this isn't efficient in a big company. 

Could someone please help with this difficult matter.
