Product: Envy X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart Adapter notification - have a brand new Envy X360 and am getting this pop up everytime I log in.  I see a lot of people on here having the same issue and getting instructions that do not work.  

 

What is the real fix?  Or do I just need to return the computer and purchase another brand since I am in my return policy?
