Product: HP ENVY 17t - 3200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 Update fails with Error 0x800700c1.

 

I've used the windows update troubleshooter, to no avail. I've attempted to install by downloading the media toolkit, but that produced the same error. 

 

I've had THREE support sessions with Microsoft and they have concluded that the appropriate drivers are not available from HP. 

 

I've gone to HP site page for Windows 10 update drivers and it makes reference to a graphics driver, which I checked and is currently up to date.

 

Please advise.
