Product: m477fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an M477nfw printer for just a few months and a few weeks ago it started printing black streaks horizontally across each page.  Thes streaks look like faded black lines every inch or so on the page.  I have tried to clean the glass, printheads and updated drivers but still have the same problem.  It's really frustrating to find an answer through all the automated website.  I'm to the point I may just return it.  Too frustrating.m477fnw_streaks.jpg
