Hi there, 

 

I currently running Windows 10 64bit on my HP OMEN  15-5001na & am having issues getting the Omen Control software to work - so I cannot alter the key backlight color at all. 

The software installs corredclty (exe sp70894.exe - which I beleive is correct) and runs correctly, I can select different colours for the keyboard within the app - but nothing happens on the physical machine. There is no error, nothing. All appears to work but the actual machine does nothing in terms of the lighting. Any ideas on what could be the issue? Many thanks.
