HP Recommended

Printer started to print erratically.  Some Word documents do not print at all.  Some word docs prints 3 or 4 lines, skips 2 or 3 lines, prints 2 or 3 lines.  PDF documents print the full page but parts of the document info is missing.  I am able to print scanned documents (PDF format).  Is printing blank PDF forms but once they are filled out it prints with sections missing (see photos attached).  I have uninstalled & reinstalled the printer, downloaded the latest driver, done a power reset and printed several test pages (see copies attached).  Any ideas on what to try next?
