HI HP,
I have bought a new HP OMEN laptop a month before and i just updated all the drivers from hp support assistant. After that i am facing a bluescreen error issue. It says Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION.
What failed: rtf64x64.sys
i have got it almost 3 times unexpectedly while running laptop in idle mode.
i also need to know and solve about many errors in event viewer.
pls find the images attachments below and help me solve the problem.i got this same error all the 3 times till now
