Product: HP ENVY Notebook 13-ab0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The speakers on the unit make a quiet scratchy, gritty, crackly noise in the background when any audio is played out of them. Sometimes it gets quite loud and there is no way to stop it. I have updated the audio drivers and nothing has changed. This has been happening since I got the laptop about a year ago.
