Product: hp slimline desktop pc 260-a010z
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Last few weeks pc freezes or hangs every few minutes. Gets worse each day. Does not respond to mouse nor keyboard.
Checked all diagnostics & troubleshooting online. Message from all is: no issues found. Not true. Many problems since windows last update in March. I have a hunch its graphic drivers, bios, or something left undone after that update.
Windows 10 v 1709, Browsers IE11 & Edge, BIOS AMI F.17 (10/6/2016). Just read this in system info:
win 10 version 10.0.16299 build 6299. Should that not read build 1709?
Am desperate for help..this is driving me nuts!!!
