HP envy laptop

Model: 13t-ad100

Product:1WC15AV

 

 

This is fully new laptop. When i start the laptop it's fully good.After 15/20 minutes , its show blue screen errors.i am resetting my windows .But its not works.I don't understand what can i do now.
