Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g153us
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been unable to connect any of my Bluetooth devices to my HP Pavilion Laptop. I'm able to turn my Bluetooth on and pair my devices, but they won't connect or function properly. The Bluetooth devices are listed under "Audio" in the "Bluetooth & other devices" and shows up as Paired. I checked for any updates on the Bluetooth devices and my Broadcom Bluetooth driver, but they are up to date.
