Product: RTL8723DE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having a problem with Support Assistant in that Windows doesn't think it is installed but if I try to install it I'm informed a newer version is already installed and the install routine quits on me.

 

How would I go about clearing out the "newer version" so I can reinstall the latest version I've just downloaded from your website?
