Product: HP Pavillion lAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
Error code 0xc0000225
Screen says your PC/Device needs to be repaired.
And it gives me the following options.
Press F1 to enter Recovery Environment
Press F8 for Startup Settings
Esc for UEFI firmware settings
F1 & F8 restarts the system and shows the same screen
I tried to access 'System Recovery(F11)' from Startup Menu by pressing Esc, but that also leads me back to the initial screen saying that your system needs to be repaired.
I have a recovery disk disk with me but from the Boot Manager option I am not seeing the option to boot from CD/DVD Drive.
Please advice.
