Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Acabo de actualizar mi windows a la version 10 Home Single Lenguage y no tengo audio, mis dispositivos de audio son Dolby Advanced Audio,  no aparece ningun tipo de dispositivo de audio solo el HDMI, y en el icono de audio me aparece esto: Instalacion de altavoces(UNKNOWN).
