Hello, 

 

My Spectre 360 has started getting random pop-ups indicating I have either plugged-in or unplugged a device from my Bang & Olufsen audio jack.  I have updated all drivers, restarted the computer, and checked various forums, and ensured my Windows software is up to date (Windows 10 Home 64-bit).  As far as  I can tell, the audio program my computer is using is Conexant SmartAudio HD.  I have seen solutions for similar Realtek problems, but nothing for Bang & Olufsen. 

 

The message generally appears anytime I adjust the angle of my monitor, but also happens at random.  This glitch has basically rendered my computer useless when it comes to watching videos as it causes the sound to cut-out.

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!
