Hi,

 

3 days ago I noticed that I can't jump while sprinting in games (sprint: Shift --- jump: Space). at first i thought that the problem is related to the game I was playing. but, after reinstalling the game and trying different games i realized that the issue is not related to the games i play. so I tried to use space while typing and holding shift to type in capital letters and space key didn't work. however, space key works perfectly when i'm not holding the shift key down. which makes me believe that it's not a hardware problem. so i tried reinstalling the keyboard drivers but it didn't solve the problem. so i desperatly contacted microsoft regarding this problem and i granted 4 techs in microsoft access to my laptop to try to solve the problem but they couldn't solve it.

 please i need help in solving this problem. I have a gaming laptop that i can no loner play games using it due to this problem.
