I have an HP MFP M177fw color laser printer. I installed what I believe are legit toner cartridges (purchased from Staples) and now like many others keep getting this pop up screen that invites you to click on it to authenticate the cartridges and then says unable to connect to the internet. A pain in the neck as it keeps popping up. Per another post on this topic, my printer is connected via a USB cable, so that's not the problem. Also, my internet connection works fine otherwise.
Can someone from HP or someone who knows what the heck is going on pls post a solution.
Thank you.
Joel H.
