Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

the thing that prevents me from doing so is the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter (code 10 message) which i had previously uninstalled because my wifi connection kept dropping in hopes the adapter would autonatically come back by the time i restarted it but it hasnt come back since I cant access any wifi networks on this device  please help and thank you in advance
