Product: Envy 27-p010xt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I press on the power button absolutely nothing happens. No power at all. I've done all the troubleshooting with the power adapter, I've drained the power from the unit and nothing. It's 2:30am, I've been messing with this PITA all night!! Anybody have any ideas! I ordered a new on/off circuit card and a new cable hoping this is the problem. But being that this is the second time it's happened then someone else out there must have had the same problem?? Help please!!! There is so much on this hard drive that I can't access now. Please help.
