Product: Pavilion p6 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot get my printer to print. When I look at the control panel on my computer it shows my printer as being installed. If I try to print anything the printer shows "error" and nothing will print at all.

I have unplugged and re-plugged in the printer. I also un-installed it and re-installed it.  I also shut down my computer and re-started it to no avail.

My husband said he believes he saw something on the screen that show there was a "cookie" problem with printing. 

I have not seen that but the printer just won't go.
