Hi

 

When I run Settings | Update & Security | Troubleshoot | Bluetooth I get the following message:

 

Device does not have bluetooth

This device does not have bluetooth. Please try using an external adapter ...

 

If I go to Settings | Devices | Bluetooth and other devices there is NO Bluetooth On/Off switch. If I then go to Add Bluetooth or other device | Bluetooth I get a Couldn't connect error message.

 

I have tried to update the drivers but still no luck.  Please Help.
