Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
On new device there is a problem - when I'm replacing the 8 Gb memory with 2x 16 units of Kingstone Hyperx memory, notebook doesn't start and makes 3 long and 2 shirt tones five times. In specification of this notebook is written, that it supports this type if memory (2400 DDR 4) and suites with 32 Gb. When I'm placing the original 8 Gb module and the new one 16 Gb, it runs normal. Tried the new firmware for BIOS - no results...
