Product: HP Notebook - 14-cm0013na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a brand new Notebook, all updates and drivers are completely up-to-date. When I connect my HDMI cable to my TV the audio doesn't work. The volume button (near bottom right corner) says "No speakers or headphones plugged in".
I've been through troubleshooting and the entire virtual assistant process for both Sound and HDMI and nothing works.
Is there anything else I can do? Or is the Notebook just faulty?
