So ever since I got this desktop a few months back, I've been trying to figure out how to disable action keys because some software and games use the function keys as shortcuts. I've learned to turn off action keys, you go into BIOS setup and under 'system configuration' there is an option to enable or disable action keys mode. So I spammed f10 while booting my computer and I got to the 'HP Setup Utility' which I'm assuming is this computer's BIOS, but this BIOS is missing a 'system configuration' menu. Now that I'm comparing it to other BIOS' like this one https://youtu.be/tsHO9nLEqmo?t=100 , mine seems to be not as filled with settings. Im not sure what 'UEFI Firmware Settings' are but I also pressed the 'Restart to change UEFI Firmware Settings' option and I was just met with a black screen. But from what I saw on youtube, that setting seems to just be another way to get to '__ setup utility' so I'm not too bothered by that problem.
