Product: HP All-in-One - 20-c032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After 2 years of having no issues with the computer, all of a sudden it won't power on. I was rearranging my sons room and unplugged the computer. I plugged it in on another wall and now it won't turn on. When I plug it in, the light on the back comes on. Then I hit the power button, it sounds promising for a micro-second, then turns off. You can keep pressing the power button, but you get the same thing over and over and over and over.... yeah. That's it, that's what I've been doing since 10 am, it's now 4 pm. ( No, I have not been sitting here doing nothing but hitting a button hoping it works.) I've been trying it at least twice an hour. Someone help! The computer is barely used but my children need it for school! Gah!
