Product: hp mixed reality headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just got hp mixed reality headset and anker usb 3.0 pcie card that has 4 usb ports. When i plug my hp mixed reality headset to my anker usb 3.0 pcie card it works in the start but after several minutes the headset screen goes blue and shuts down. When i try connect again but it doesnt work and the launcher says connect your headset. I looked up at the device manager my usb 3.0 was stopped and reported code 43. Later i found out headset stops my pcie 3.0 card how to fix thisss????
