Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have had computer for a week

Yesterday screen froze & went black & completely unresponsive.  Solution was to reboot

 

Today we were using it  and the same thing occurred.   However now the machine will not boot up  We get three long beeps and then four short beeps   repeated over and over.   Unplugging it for over a minute and plugging back in has no effect on behavior
