Product: hp notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my notebook stopped being able to charge without it being completely shut off. It used to be able to charge just fine with that computer running. When it turns on, it does not even display that it is plugged in. The light next to the charging port doesn't turn on and it just doesn't charge. Once turned off however, it turns orange and it charges the computer. I have tried the whole uninstall the ACPI battery moniter driver thing and it didn't solve the issue.
