Product: Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Series
Operating System: iOS 10 - 10.3.3
Trying to copy a document and recieved message that there was no paper. Repositioned paper, and recieved message a paper jam. Checked for paper jam which did not exist and retried. Message to turn printer off, wait, turn it on again. Repeat of above no paper message etc.. Finally message "Ox6100004a There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the Printer Off then On. If you continue to get this message contact HP."
There have been no recent software or driver changes. My internet connection is wireless.
Tried printing from my computer. Message "Printing - Filter Failed" The printer did not print. My operating system is Mac OS Mojave Version 10.14.2
