Product: HP Envy All-in-one 27 b2xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had a couple of BSODs. While looking for problems I checked the reliability monitor and noticed that HP CommRec stops working every day. I don't expect that to be the cause of my blue screens, but it worries me that the HP recovery software may not work properly if I need it.
All Windows updates and HP updates are done, anti-virus and malwarebytes are operating properely and up to date, and Windows tells me I have the best drivers.
The computer is about 18 months old.
Does anyone have any ideas?
