Hi there,
I have just purchased a Thunderbolt Dock G2 to use with a HP EliteBook 840 G5 that I have from work. Connected to the dock currently are 2 x Asus VP28UQG that support 4K @ 60Hz over DisplayPort 1.2.
Currently the monitors are working fine at 30Hz, but not at 60Hz
According to the Dispplay Capabilities Guide (http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA7-3384ENW.pdf), the supported configuration is for 2 x 4K @ 60Hz is either :
1 DP + 1 TB port
or
1 USB Type-C™ Alt mode port + 1 TB port
Does this mean I need to get something like one of these products to get both monitors to show at 60Hz?
