Product: Probook 4330s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 on a new SSD drive on my laptop HP Probook 4330s (which had Windows 7 on an old HDD before) and when I tried to enter the BIOS setup my password was refused 3 times. HP Spare Key Recovery also failed even though I answered my security questions correctly. I didn't get an error code and can still log in as Guest but I want to regain access to the administrator account in BIOS. Can you help me?
