Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp laptop battery is not working .it shows the battery is charging but in reality not charged.i have tried each n everything from power off and battery taken off and then again insert to software microsoft acpi disabling and uninstalling,but nothing happened.need to get this fixed.plz help
