Product: Hp stream laptop 11- y0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi.
I'm trying to factory reset my hp stream lapto 11 so that I can give it to my sister. First i press f11 when powering on the laptop. It takes me to a screen with different options. I choose reset this pc, then - remove everthing form this computer. It takes me to another screen and I chose - fully clean the drive. It starts to load then this message appear- "Additional space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. Free up some space and try again. " I deleted alot of things from the computer and the message still appear. Can anyone help me solve this problem please.
