Product: HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset With Controllers
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased an HP mixed reality headset from microsoft on ebay and am having issues pairing it. I've gon through both the bluetooth troubleshooting guide and the enthusiast guide and have not found help.

 

The problem is that the controller will go into paring mode, but will not appear in windows under "add a device" in bluetooth settings.
