New laptop .. installed HP Assistant .. I had a bios update.. tried to update it may that solves the overheating issue.. it updates normal then it asks to restart my laptop to complete the update.. it goes off.. and then the device attempts to restart the power key light turns on for a second or two.. then it suddenly shuts off making that power is off sound.. then it restarts giving me this message...and windows starts with no change and everything is normal...
Could it be a an issue with the power AC .. that it's not giving the right amount of power ?
Please help
