Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016
Hello everyone,
I am trying to set up a new HP Web Jetadmin installation (10.4 SR5 version) on a different server than our previous one. All of our printers are discovered correctly, and I am able to connect to any of them with the credentials I have. However, after updating the credentials of some of these printers on Jetadmin, they eventually return to the state “credential failure”.
Any ideas of how to fix this?
