Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I am facing a problem on to open the HP Pen Control App. The error message is Pop up show " Sorry, HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer" . I had try to uninstall and re-install back the app but issue still cannot solve. May I know any one have facing same issue on this before and any solution to solve? For your information, I had try the pen, it working by touching the screen. The only issue is I am cannot open the app to do the setting of 2 button.

 

Your advise on this is much appreciated. Thank you.
