Good morning!
I am a high school football coach--we recently purchased an HP Omen 17 inch laptop (we have tried numerous laptops to work with our film viewing/editing, etc).
I have no clue what I did (or anyone else in our office) .. .but I am stuck on a "Boot Device Not Found" screen upon initial start up. (See the attached pic for a screenshot).
I have tried to do a reset (unplugged all the outside connections including power) ... no luck.
I have read some things on line that point in the direction of using Windows Media to get things restarted.
Something that pointed towards reviewing the BIOS (I know I probably shouldn't be messing with that).
Can anyone help me out? Upfront ... I am a freaking moron ... so I will probably need something really specific to ensure that I don't jack up anything.
Thanks in advance for any the community may share!
