Hi, I have an issue with the HP Audio Control App as it could detect my Omen 800 headset but it couldnt apply the DTS:X effect like it used to work after i plugged out my headset and re-plugged in it. To be precise, the headset used to have bass effects when the audio control app detects DTS:X from it, but now it just shows audio output profile and equalizers and the audio quality is not good.
I've circled the icon at the bottom right of the audio control app. It used to be DTS:X after it detects my Omen 800 headset but now its just the default audio quality when i plugged in my headset. There used to be gaming or entertaintment options, and it enables me to choose whether its wide, or traditional.
Is the Realtek drivers blocking it from accessing DTS:X?
