Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Reinstalled the printer software using HP Smart.  All finished normally.  Was able to print the test page fine and other files using HP Smart. But still unable to print from Word or Acrobat as before using normal windows print
