Product: Hp envy 6200
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I bought the hp envy 6200 just over a week ago, It is fully connected to my laptop but whenever i try to print it simply says ‘printer not connected’ when it is, i am able to print from my phone but not my laptop
