HP Recommended

First step is that I am looking for English customer support in the country of Japan.  Direct email address for support to an English speaking actual human customer support agent in japan would be preferred.  
I am looking for a desktop computer in Japan and have been purchasing HP desktops my whole life.  I don’t speak and would prefer an English startup and English OS.  Email or contact for English customer support in Japan.
